VALTELLINA: APARTMENT FOR RENT in the municipality of Teglio (SO). The apartment is located in the “homeland of pizzocchero”, right at the beginning of the old town, and lies on the Rhaetian Alps’ side. By dirving along the Stelvio State Road 38 in the direction of Tirano, it is about 20 kilometers away from Sondrio.

The apartment, of approximately 85 sq. meters, is on the third floor of an apartment complex equipped with lift and is composed of: a wide hall, a kitchen equipped with all the main appliances (traditional oven, microwave), a bright and spacious living room with double sofa bed, a furnished double bedroom, a complete bathroom with window and shower, a toilet with washing machine and a balcony accessible from the kitchen and living room. The apartment has a classic décor. From the long balcony of the apartment that connects the kitchen and living room, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Orobic Alps and the green area below. There is a public car park 100 m away from the building. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a stay. Central heating system with methane boiler in the kitchen. The apartment is accessible at all times throughout the year and is located in a very quiet residential area, in close proximity of the old town. Near the apartment we find groceries, shops and bars. From Teglio it is possible to quickly reach the ski resorts in Aprica and Chiesa in Valmalenco. Teglio is the starting point of many walks suitable for all levels of difficulty. You can also take your MTB on the Wine Road or on the Sentiero Valtellina, and for the more experienced hikers there are numerous hiking trails to choose from.
