La Baita Case agency was founded in 2007 in the heartland of the Valtellina.
Its owner, Cristian, following on from studies in architecture and surveying, decided to concentrate on the housing market and embarked on a venture which culminated with the opening of the company offices in Berbenno di Valtellina (SO). The driving force behind this decision is his love of the Valtellina and the mountains in general.
The main hub of the company revolves around the conveyancing of tourist properties within the province of Sondrio, while also dealing in residential housing, both new and old, under construction or reconstruction and many more.
Since 2019 the agency is corner Affitti Brevi Italia (Affitti Brevi Sondrio) to therefore offer the possibility of staying at the managed facilities even for short periods.
Our property scope ranges from the western end of the Valtellina, around Morbegno, the Val Gerola and the Costiera dei Cech, to beyond the town of Tirano, encompassing all towns and valleys in between.
Registered with the Sondrio Chamber of Commerce REA SO-65777 and affiliated with the FIAIP (Italian Federation of Professional Estate Agents, of which Cristian is the Sondrio-province branch president), allowing us to provide a constantly updated and professional service to our clients.
