The portion of the hut that is rented consists of a large living area, kitchenette, bathroom, attic with 4 beds, large outdoor terrace and the possibility of using the green area equipped with a barbecue.
The hut is located above thevillage of Rasura at about 900m above sea level and is accessible all year round through a pedestrian stretch of about 250m, the first 150m of which with a gentle stairway and the last 100m via a steeper path.
This cabin is the right solution for true mountain enthusiasts who love peace and tranquility; it is the ideal place to disconnect from the chaos of the city, while still having several services in the nearby.
Rasura is indeed the most populated village in Valgerola; here you can find a grocery store, a bar, the town hall and post office, it is 8km away from Morbegno and is an excellent starting point for many excursions to reach the peaks, lakes, pastures and refuges of Valgerola; we are also just 10 minutes away by car from the ski lifts of Pescegallo, the only ski resort in lower Valtellina. Kitchen with gas tank, electric hot water heater and pellet stove heating.

The price is Eu.450 per month for an annual lease + utilities.
